Join Jessica Munn, Laura Haynes, and Emily Bryson on May 11 at Bremen Farms for a fully immersive yoga experience and sound bath.

 Jessica, 500 hour yoga instructor, will guide participants through calming meditation, breathwork, and gentle, grounding yoga postures while Laura, Licensed Massage Therapist, offers hands-on therapeutic touch throughout the practice. 

In the final resting pose, Emily Bryson, Sound Therapist, will offer a sound bath with crystal sound bowls and voice for a truly meditative and relaxing savasana.

Farmer Grant Wallace will then offer tea from the farm and a tour through our herb gardens.
